Thanksgiving 2007 Reunion Trip to New York

Family and friends are two of my top priorities.  During the 2007 Thanksgiving holiday I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to visit New York and spend time with some very special people.  I was able to contact some friends that I haven't seen in years... or decades!

I met my friends D & B in 1982 at the Montreal Grand Prix.  As Porschephiles we have much in common and have remained in close touch over the years.  D & B get along famously and always graciously allow me to use the guest suite at their home as a base of operations.  I sincerely appreciate their hospitality!

On a more somber note, I went to see my Mom and Dad (and my Uncle Moishe).... We had a chat and I think I heard them talking back to me...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I then went to my cousin's house for Thanksgiving dinner.  I hadn't seen my cousin JS (left) in about 15 years and it was great to connect with her again.

Cousin P (middle) told me dinner was at 5:30, but that I could come at anytime.  I took her at her word and showed up at 1:30!  Once she got over the shock we made a great team preparing for more guests to arrive.
